1. Definitions:
1.1. ATAmusic is a platform offering music-related content. Its operator is Ing. Ondrej Kozak, Ph.D., Hradec-Nova Ves 108, 79084, Czech Republic.
1.2. The ATAmusic website is the main website of the ATAmusic Online Music Workshop located at https://atamusic.eu and all its subpages.
1.3. Video means an instructional video sold through the ATAmusic Website.
1.4. User is anyone who uses the services offered by ATAmusic.
1.5. ATAmusic Newsletters are occasional e-mail messages with instructional materials, information on upcoming ATAmusic events, and new training materials on the ATAmusic Website. They are also referred to as “news by e-mail” on the ATAmusic website.
2. Services offered by ATAmusic Online Music Workshop
2.1. ATAmusic Online Music Workshop offers two categories of content – free and paid. Although much attention is paid to the preparation of the content, ATAmusic is not responsible for the accuracy of the information offered and is not responsible for any consequences of its use.
2.2. The free content is on the ATAmusic Website and consists of tabs, notes, exercises, ATAmusic Newsletters, online aids, musical instrument information, workshops, songbooks, recordings, etc.
2.3. Paid content consists of Videos, DVDs and CDs and is available on the ATAmusic Website in the Shop section.
3. Availability of services
3.1. ATAmusic puts reasonable effort into the maintenance and operation of the ATAmusic Website, but assumes no responsibility for any outages of the services or websites mentioned.
3.2. ATAmusic reserves the right to change the structure or accessibility of unpaid content and priced content at any time, for any reason and without notice.
3.3. ATAmusic reserves the right to suspend or terminate its services at any time, for any reason and without notice.
4. Privacy
4.1. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation), Act No 101/2000 On the protection of personal data and the Act that will replace this Act in the sense of the implementation of the above Regulation, Act No. 480/2004 b., On certain information society services, Act No. 127/2005 Coll., On electronic communications and other data protection legislation.
4.2. Any personal information will be used solely for the purpose of registration on the ATAmusic Website and for the purpose of providing the services offered.
4.3. We use Mailchimp to provide ATAmusic Newsletters, and the processing of personal information provided during registration for ATAmusic Newsletters is governed by the policies outlined here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/. The consent to include an ATAmusic Newsletters Subscription E-mail Address can be revoked at any time and removed from the database here or via a link in each ATAmusic Newsletters report.
4.4. All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy (also known as the Privacy Statement).
4.5. Personal data is stored in a secure environment, is not processed by a third party and will never be disclosed or sold to a third party.
4.6. We use cookies on the ATAmusic website. Cookies are small text files that can be used by websites to make the user experience more efficient. When you visit our login page, we set temporary cookies to verify that your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is canceled when you close your browser. When you sign in, we also set a few cookies to store your login information and to set the screen display. Login cookies have a lifetime of two days and display settings cookies have a lifetime of one year. If you confirm the “Remember me” option, your login will take two weeks. If you sign out of your account, login cookies will be removed.

Other cookies used on the ATAmusic Website come from embedded content from other websites. Applications whose cookies are used: Google, SoundCloud, Mailchimp. 5. Copyright
5.1. Any material downloaded from the ATAmusic Website is intended solely for home use and for personal use. The user may not reissue, lend and use it commercially or non-commercially. All material posted on the ATAmusic Website is the property of ATAmusic or another copyright holder and is subject to copyright law.
6. Videos
6.1. Videos available for sale on the ATAmusic Website are located in zip-archives along with accompanying material (mostly tabs). This accompanying content may also be available free of charge on the ATAmusic Website.
6.2. Unless otherwise stated, Videos are encoded in .mp4 format using the MPEG-4 AVC codec or in .wmv format encoded using the vc-1 (wmv3) codec. Both formats can be played, for example, with the latest versions of BS Player, VLC player or Windows Media Player.
6.3. Payments for the Videos are made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal account transfer.
6.4. Immediately after accepting the payment, the User will receive an email with a link (s) to download the purchased Video (s).
6.5. The number of downloads for a single purchased Video is limited to 3.
7. Support and your rights
7.1. In case of questions or problems with the services offered by ATAmusic, technical support is available via the e-mail address: mail@atamusic.eu.
7.2. If you would like to know whether and what your personal data are being processed, if you wish to object to their processing, to delete your personal data or have a further question or comment on the processing of personal data, please contact us by email at @amamusic .eu.
8. Final arrangements
8.1. ATAmusic reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice.
8.2. This is a complete agreement between ATAmusic and the user. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, whose courts are the exclusive executor of the judiciary in relation to these Terms of Use.
